Step 3: You MUST understand the support/sponsorship documentation process. There are 2 forms listed below, one of these forms MUST be filled out and signed, either by yourself, if you do not have a sponsoring agency (an employer), or by your sponsoring agency (your employer). These forms are critical, while they do not have to be filled out at this point, they will have to be returned with your full application packet after it has been mailed to you. It is vital that you understand the agreement we (and the federal government) require for membership.
